Aftermarket Automotive
Kemperle Industries handles both sides of aftermarket automotive fabrication: reverse engineering discontinued or damaged parts back into clean, production-ready CAD, as well as building custom one-off components that never existed in the first place. In both cases, we start with a high fidelity 3D scan that captures your car's exact geometry.
From there, the part is CNC-routed, 3D-printed, or cast, then verified against your vehicle before delivery. Most projects we take on are custom, one-off builds. If you've got an idea for your car, we'd like to hear about it.
Architecture & Ornamentation
Architects, designers, and builders bring Kemperle Industries custom ornamental details for new residential and commercial interiors: corbels, friezes, and repeat molding profiles that need to read as fully hand-sculpted once installed. Reference pieces are 3D scanned, modeled in CAD, and 3D printed as master patterns before molding and casting the final elements.
From there, the piece is cast in the specified material and checked against the approved design before installation. Every project is different, whether it's a single custom element or a full set that has to repeat perfectly. If you have an ornamentation project in mind, we'd like to hear about it.
Sculpture & Public Art
Sculptors and studios work with Kemperle Industries to move a piece from a small maquette to monument scale without losing the artist's original intent. The process combines 3D scanning of the source maquette, digital scaling and modeling, and fabrication in materials appropriate to the final installation, whether that's an indoor gallery piece or an outdoor public artwork built to withstand weather.
From there, the piece is scaled, modeled, and produced in whatever material and process the installation calls for: cast, printed, or CNC-routed. Every commission is different. If you have a piece in mind, we'd like to hear about it.
Heritage & Restoration
Museums, landmark buildings, and heritage institutions bring Kemperle Industries architectural and artifact details that need to be documented and reproduced without losing fine surface texture. Non-contact 3D scanning captures detail that hand measurement can't, which matters when a molding profile or a fragile, irreplaceable artifact needs to be preserved exactly as it is.

Kemperle Industries supports product development from an early concept through manufacturable CAD, combining 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and hands-on design work into a single coordinated process. Whether you're starting from a sketch, a physical reference, or an existing part that needs refinement, the goal is the same: a model that's actually ready to be made.

VFX, Film & TV
In ProgressKemperle Industries supports film and television production two ways: 3D scanning props, set pieces, and physical references to create accurate digital assets, and fabricating practical props and replicas built to camera-ready finish. Both start with capturing precise geometry, whether the end result lives on screen or on set.
From there, the work moves into whatever the production needs: a digital model for VFX, or a physical piece built to hold up under set lighting and close-up shots. How Kemperle Industries Turns a Scan or a Sketch Into a Finished Part
Most projects start with 3D scanning to capture an existing object, space, or part; some start with a concept sketch or a physical reference instead. From there, reverse engineering and design & engineering turn that starting point into production-ready CAD, produced through CNC routing, 3D printing, or molding and casting, then checked against spec through metrology and inspection before delivery. The tools stay the same. How they’re combined depends on what your project actually needs.
