Regardless of your location, every Kemperle project benefits from the same integrated workflow: a single team handles 3D scanning, reverse engineering, design and engineering, CNC machining, 3D printing, molding and casting, and metrology and inspection — all under one roof in Brooklyn. No vendor handoffs, no broken chains of custody, and one team accountable for the result from start to finish.
For clients outside the Northeast, most projects work entirely by shipping: parts arrive at our Brooklyn studio via overnight courier, we execute the work, and we ship the finished deliverables back.
