CNC Machining for Complex Fabrication

We integrate 3D scanning, digital modeling, and CNC machining to produce high-precision parts for complex geometry and demanding applications.

At Kemperle Industries, we deliver high-precision CNC machining as part of a fully integrated digital fabrication workflow, bridging complex digital design and physical production.

We work across 3D scanning, scan-to-CAD, and digital modeling to develop production-ready geometry, then apply high-precision CNC machining where it delivers the best outcome.

What We Build: CNC Applications Across Industries

From our Brooklyn facility, we operate advanced 3-axis and 4-axis CNC systems to produce industrial prototypes, architectural models, and custom components for brand, cultural, and engineering applications. Whether machining directly from CAD or translating complex scan data into manufacturable geometry, we ensure every part is production-ready and built to spec.

  • Architectural & Cultural Work
Museum-grade replicas, scale models, and detailed fabrication for exhibitions and preservation projects.
  • Industrial & Engineering Components
High-tolerance parts designed for performance, repeatability, and real-world use.
  • Experiential & Brand Environments
Custom-fabricated elements for installations, retail environments, and live experiences where precision and finish matter.
  • Aftermarket Automotive
Precision components for custom interiors, audio integration, and performance-driven builds.

CNC Machining Tolerances

General TolerancesSoft metals up to Aluminum will be +/- 0.005″ (+/- 0.127 mm) in most cases unless otherwise stated during quoting.
Minimum Feature Size0.0118″ (0.3mm) Feature size is dependent on provided geometry and may differ from stated numbers.
Threads and Tapped HolesThreads and tapped holes can be accommodated as needed and will be outlined during quoting.
Edge ConditionIn most cases sharp edges are broken and deburred or have a slight radius applied by default.
Surface FinishStandard as-machined finishes of 125 Ra or better depending on the tooling used. Additional surface finishes may be specified during the quoting process.

Maximum Part Size
48″ x 48″ x 6.25″ (1219.2 x 1219.2 x 158.75 mm)

Standard Lead Time
1-3 Business days depending on requirements. High volume projects require more time and are assessed during quoting.
